Breaking my heart
and loving every second of it.
And hating it too. I'm talking about my favorite manga (and anime) Peace Maker Kurogane.
Tokyopop (the US translator) is a bit slow, however they're not really to blame. Apparently Peace Maker Kurogane volume 5 was published in Japan in 2005. Volume 6 is published on the first of November this year. I have to admit this probably is more Nanae Chrono doing. However I'm loving the cover of volume 6 to pieces and waiting for 5 to be translated to English, as usual I can hardly wait!
Spoiler Warning,
I haven't read volume 5, however I'm well aware of what is going to happen (after all it's based on history). I've also seen volume 5 but since it was Japanese I was unable to read it.
I Really love the cover, Heisuke looks so full of guilt (nasty traitor he is). Last summer I also ordered Nanae Chrono's artbook there was one picture with almost everyone in it, there was one part with Sanosuke and Shinpachi they looked tormented as if they lost Heisuke. After all Heisuke leaves with the rebellions and will die with them on 13 december 1867. I'm afraid that the winter event I've seen in volume 5 is this one.
It leaves me heart broken to know the comedian trio has fallen apart.
Since Heisuke left it's different. I might just.. feel a little to much for these stories though.
They look broken don't they?
Well this story sure breaks my heart.
I need to read all of it.. so hurry up tokyopop.

Update 2011: we now know Tokyopop is no more. They were never a great company for many reasons but I'll mourn my PMK loss.
